We loved the location of the hotel, which was close to nature walks and famous wine regions. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Additionally, the leisure activities, including wellness and bowling, were excellent. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and facilities, including safe parking with a closed gate.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was great! The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and close to local wine regions. The rooms were modern and cozy, perfect for a winter holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I also enjoyed their luxurious spa treatments and wellness facilities, it was the ultimate relaxation experience.
The high pet fee, it seemed a little too much especially for small dogs. , I didn't appreciate the hotel staff demanding identification documents upon check-in, it was a bit unnecessary.

The fact that the room did not have the expected terrace or balcony, which was advertised in the hotel photos. the sound of the doors was pretty disturbing, and it would be great if they were turned off after midnight to avoid any inconvenience.

We found it slightly discouraging that the hotel charged excessively for bringing small pets, particularly for those who may require a companion animal due to physical handicaps.
